Gather your friends and family to run or walk for a cause. The Movember Moustache Miler is a global virtual run, which means you can participate whenever and wherever you want from November 15 until November 30. Look for a local meet-up happening in your area, or create your own 5k, 10k, or half-marathon route. Post your "Mo Pride" on social media using #MoMiler, and don't be afraid to get creative (there's a prize for the best moustache-shaped run).
