- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
- Mix cinnamon, sugar and sea salt in a small bowl and set aside.
- In a medium pot over medium heat, add coconut oil.
- Once oil has melted, pour in your kernels.
- When your kernels have popped, mix with melted butter (or spray with coconut oil).
- Sprinkle the cinnamon, sugar and sea salt mixture over the popcorn.
