This fruity cocktail is perfect for summer patio sipping


  • 1 part peach purée
  • 3 parts Ruffino Prosecco
  • One drop of bitters
  • Sprig of thyme


  1. Place peach purée in the bottom of a chilled flute.
  2. Fill glass with prosecco. Add bitters and stir.
  3. Garnish with thyme.
