Its many stations are staggered around the room, so there’s never too much of a traffic jam.

- Salads: Caesar, tomato bocconcini, Greek with goat feta, mixed mushroom and cucumber in creamy anchovy garlic dressing, seasonal salads, pasta salads, and more.
- Cold Platters: Chilled shellfish, European cold cuts, seasonal sliced fresh fruit, assorted cheeses, smoked salmon, citrus-cured salmon, and more.

- Carving Station: Served piping hot and carved to order, selections range from roast beef to baked salmon to prime rib.
For the Love of Chocolate
Definitely leave room for dessert. The lavish dessert table features many of the sweets found in the Sutton's famous Chocoholic Buffet, which was voted by National Geographic as the #1 place in the world for chocolate.
Here you’ll be able to try a variety of homemade luscious cakes, pastries and pies, including Fleuri's famous Black Forest Cake, first made by its former pastry chef, Wolfgang Dauke, who began his passion for pastry making in his homeland of Austria.
To enhance your dining experience at the Sutton Place Hotel, check out its wine club. There’s no fee to join and after you register, you’ll be eligible for up to 50% off your food purchases at the hotel’s Gerard Lounge and Fleuri restaurant (including Sunday brunch).
